Welcome to second grade with Ms. Long.  We are going to have a super school year!  Please feel free to browse the pages and the links, where you will find important information about the operation of our class.  These links should answer most of your questions.   I am thrilled to be your child's teacher, and know that this will be an exciting educational journey for your child and me.  For you to have taken time out of your busy schedule to view this website shows your commitment to your child's education.  I am a strong believer that if a parent is actively involved in their child's education, the child will excel to unbelievable heights.  A parent's involvement is crucial to the educational development of their child.  I look forward to a fabulous school year while working with you and your child.  We have lots of work ahead of us, but I believe we are up to the challenge.
